The store never keeps up with their inventory. It's not the first time I ordered something online only to go there and not leave with my product. Their inventory said they had 8 bags of topsoil; when I arrived to load it up, there were only 4 bags on the pallet and all were split open with soil everywhere. So in reality, they had zero bags. One time I ordered an outdoor chair and they actually handed it over to me saying it was the last one, when I accepted it in my hands, I could see it had a large crack in it. The associate must have none as well. Typical for this store. I stopped ordering online from there for a while hoping they would get their act together. I just started ordering lately, and here we go again. They should pay me for my wasted time.
Nothing was ready when I arrived. Mary was very nice to come back and help but the attitude in the back was not positive and no one took responsibility. I will make sure not to be in a hurry if I order again.
My fiancé was told to shop his own online order. We ordered 3 items and only 1 of them was available to the public on a numbered pallet that he had to wander around to find. The other two items were in the back and needed ladder access. He had to run each large item out to his car individually. The only helpful employee was Maggie, thanks for helping him out and getting my chicken bedding down for him! Hoping our next experience is better because we’d rather support smaller businesses whenever we can!
The young woman who checked out my order on 6/26, was kind, patient and well informed about the store and merchandise. She offered to carry my order out for me, and while I declined, I appreciated it very much that she offered.

I got some very helpful tips from a store associate. He was super friendly. My experience at checkout was also good with another friendly associate.
