Batteries Plus

They had the batteries I needed in stocks. I was able to purchase the batteries online. That was very convenient plus the store is 2 miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful.

So helpful. Just needed a few things and they came through. They are great with replacing Fabs as well. Good sale on batteries. Definitely go back.

My wife and I went to get some batteries for my car key pods, and guitar tuner- the experience was unreal- my wife and I were treated w/ an attitude of disrespect that U could cut w/ a knife- We are both almost 80 years old, and these guys caused my blood to boil- one thing to throw me attitude, it's a whole other thing to dis my 80 year old wife!!!! There was a misunderstanding about pricing, and the people in the store turned it into a whole confrontation. In this crazy world today, we need to go out of our way to be more cordial to one another, in business and otherwise. With the customer service and treatment we received, I am amazed this store is still open!! If I could give them 0, I would. FYI, I have been shopping at this store since its inception- NEVER AGAIN WILL BATERRIES PLUS SEE A DOLLAR FROM ANYONE I KNOW!!!! Respectfully. Barry B.

I rarely give reviews but was disappointed with the response that I received from the Camarillo location. 1 week after purchasing a battery from that location I had read that I should have purchased another battery from Batteries Plus. All I wanted to do was upgrade, and pay the difference for the more expensive battery. I called Batteries plus corporate at first, that would not be a problem, but she had to put me on hold and call the Camarillo stored make sure my upgraded battery was in stock. Well when she got back on to my call she informed me that all the Batteries plus store were run differently, and the manager said that they would not allow me get the upgraded battery. Me and my wife have been customers at the Camarillo location for many years, we have purchased new batteries for our vehicle's, new cell phone screens, and home batteries etc... Because of the lack of customer service, and lack of respect, even after corporate office telling me that should not have been a problem but that location would not allow what I need, my wife and I will not go back. I have also told my story to the local community, and will continue to do so!

Needed a couple batteries replaced for my watches. They do that. Justin was most helpful and quick. Justins service will be the reason I keep coming back for all my battery needs
