Batteries Plus

Searched many locksmiths to make & program a transponder chip key for my vehicle without any luck. Found that Batteries Plus was able to do this for a reasonable price. From the moment I walked into the Auburn store Dustin was helpful. He replaced the battery in my original chip key and then processed the spare. Dustin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Easy parking, convenient hours and great customer service. Highly recommended!

SHOUT OUT TO JULES!!!!! She was awesome and super helpful!!! Easy going and knew her stuff when it came to helping me with a battery my car. She even installed it for me which was super helpful cause I didn't have the tools. She is a great employee!!!!!

I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. The clerk said they didn't have it and to call another store like Autozone. I asked if he can do a search for the battery for his store? he said he had not way of doing that search and I needed to do that. so I did call another of their store and they said the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor customer service.

I am very pleased with Batteries Plus! I took my friends cell phone in which had a broken screen and she had it looking brand new in less than an hour! Thanks so much!

Great experience. Clerk was knowledgeable and carried my old battery from my vehicle and put the new one in the boot. Installation is available there but this battery was for my other truck. This will be my go to battery source.
