Big O Tires

I have used Big-O Tires in WC many times before. I liked them so much I turned my father onto them. My first visit was several cars ago, but even though people have come and gone, the service has remained the same. I’ve saved money by going to Big-O, and I’ve gotten great value for my money every time. Thank you Big O! Ask for Joe, because I know he will take care of you!

It's the day before Christmas eve and my Porsche Cayenne S needs a total alignment or the family road trip to SoCal is ruined. What can possibly be done? Big O saved the day and got me in quickly and did a perfect job. Richard is a 1st class gentleman and took excellent care of me! The alignment tech is a total PRO and dialed in the alignment to the "T" perfect, steering wheel perfectly lined up square. Chef's kiss/ Better than the dealership down the road no doubt! Thanks!!!

Brian offered fair and friendly service for my break check. These mechanics are trust worthy and skilled. They diagnosed a tire leak I had and fixed it quickly.

Excellent service! Needed new rear tires. Called ahead to get them ordered. They had them within 24 hours. Showed up early on my day off and they took care of me in about 1.5 hours. Thanks!

Was told 60-75 minutes a little after 9am to fix a flat so my toddler, baby, and I went to the coffee shop. An hour came and went and my car wasn’t even taken back yet. We went back to wait at the store and ppl that came after us came and went. At 11:45 I finally said just put the spare on we are done…..and magically the flat was fixed and the car was ready. They literally saw me waiting and couldn’t check in the back? At least the guy that was helping me was working. The other two seemingly weren’t doing anything while this guy was running around taking care of all the customers. Bizarre. I won’t be back.
