They took care of me in the time of a crisis. They were understanding, patient, thorough, and resourceful. They discussed work before and after service in Crystal clear details, respecting my options and ensuring my satisfaction. They also delivered on time as promised. My new favorite for car care!!! These guys said they turned my rotors instead stole my money and did not turn my rotor they actually put on new brake pads so it worked temporarily and once I called him on it they denied it and wanted to start arguing with me. they’re thieves and I would never use their service again! They also broke my front handle of my car lid. Never have said a word I had to notice that on my own

The manager Sal what is very helpful in and nice. He made sure that everything was completed on my car for an oil change. I plan to return to big O tires, because of the excellent customer service that I had by everyone that worked there.

Have gotten my oil changed here a few times now and am always happy with the service. The person who helped me today was Victor. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely suggest this Big O to others.
