Impossible to get an appointment in dermatology.
They tell you that they open their agenda weekly on Tuesdays starting at 10:00 but they forward your phone to the central office, where they told you that there are no appointments available. When you get the phone answered at the center, after calling for days and months, the agenda is already complete. Of shame. If they don't pick up the phone and the center doesn't have open agendas, who do they give those appointments to?
The staff who answer the phone are poorly trained and informed. You call to make an appointment and they tell you that the doctor opens her schedule on such a day at such a time. You call that day and they tell you that when the agenda opens it is the next day. You call that next day and they tell you that the agenda is already complete, that they opened it yesterday. And so on several times.
Terrible service. I don't give 0 stars because they won't let me.
They are truly unpresentable. They give me an appointment at 8:15 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. of the same day they call me to change the time, because the doctor cannot see me (I suppose they will try to escape from work as soon as possible) and they tell me to show up as soon as possible, at 5:30 p.m. I leave important personal things to go to the appointment, I show up at 1730, they give me a number... and I see that 9 people who have come after me, go first... when I present the complaint to attention, they tell me Which is normal because they had the appointment. Awesome. Result: the entire afternoon wasted after changing my plans, they serve me at 1945, having shown up at 1730.

Appalling. First make an appointment, by phone eternal or impossible. They refer you to the website, I had problems with identification, I approached the offices where it was supposed to be fixed but that was not the case. I made an appointment for my husband and I by phone and when we went they told us that they had given him another day -it isn't true. No one is responsible for anything because responsibility is diluted among all employees.
I would like to express my gratitude to the health insurance for the quality of service and professionalism. I also thank the Adeslas Medical Center department, where they always try to help me and look for all possible ways to do so! Today I had gynecological surgery. The operation was carried out by Ricardo Caballero Merino. This is the best doctor on the island! I still don't speak Spanish very well and that surely makes it complicated, but he always checks that I understand him correctly. And today he supported me again with words and did everything with professionalism. I'm so lucky you exist and do great work!
