One expects that a dermatologist will at least look at your skin, examine the basics and then prescribe something or make some recommendation, beyond checking that everything is fine. Well, I stayed in the room for exactly 4 minutes. He didn't come close at any time, he didn't look at the skin on my face or body. He showed very little interest in everything I talked about and I left there without having any maintenance/health consultation, without knowing if any mole had grown, without knowing if I had to do any exam to check for possibilities of illness, nothing... Totally wasted time and paid medical insurance to receive nothing in return. A shame

I can only define it as follows: "Professionalism and human quality in the deal". After many years with a wrong diagnosis, Dr. Martínez has found the correct one. It is hard to receive a diagnosis of this type, but the way in which he was treated, at the time and with the closeness that he did, has made everything much more bearable.
