Centro Médico Sanitas A Coruña

It was my first time to call the hospital, and after following the answering machine, I push the extention number as per directed and they answer me directly. I have no idea why so many bad comments about the phone has not being picked up. Maybe I am just lucky? I don’t know. When I came, the receptionist was very helpful she explained everything and when I wait en la sala it was clean, impeccable ambience. Me encanta! When I finally met the doctor, it was calming and comforting. The treatment he gave and the explanation of the procedures that I need to take is revealing. We will see when I comeback on Tuesday next week. Will review them back! So far so good!

Very unprofessional staff. Have called three different times to get an appointed and no call back. I went on there website to schedule and appointment fir a COVID test and website did not have that option. Since I retired here from the United States over 6 years I have Sanitas but after this it is time to change health care provider. My fees are very high every month and it requires better service. Thank you

Everytime is have to visit it the staff is extremely fast and competent. Always I'm treated with professionalism and on time. Highly recommended!

Their phones are display only. They are very proud of them but they cannot touch them because they are display only.
