I feel when you order drive through they rush your order and don’t try to ensure it is packaged properly. This is now the 5th time I’ve ordered meals and the fries are less than half full. I’m spending over $30 per visit and can’t even get full fries. Please help this is just wasting money for already high prices. This truly sucks for this to keep happening all my fries in this order were less than full. Consistency is key and genuinely appreciated.
If you're looking for something other than a chicken sandwich, nuggets, or a salad - totally try their chicken noodle soup
(it's hearty 😋). I was pleasantly surprised especially for a fast food restaurant, whose soup is really good.
Don't forget about the shakes - peppermint chip & vanilla.
Came here today and order a meal for my family of 5. We waited 30 mins and started noticing everyone getting their food but us. I went up and they didnt even have our food in the system. David their cashier had to ring me up again even though i had a receipt. The manager came over and I told her my time is valuable what will you do to correct this she said they give no refunds can give me little cards. She gave me 4 cards. 2 sandwich cards and 2 happy meals. Then they find my order at a vacant table. I asked them to please not give me that food. I sat down and I said watch them give us that food. We literally see them take the SAME sandwiches and put them back on a tray!! They brought up 2 new happy meals and fresh fries and bring it over. Obviously our food sandwiches were COLD and SOGGY and nasty. I took a pic of one. I go up and tell Kara B what i just witnessed she apologized and offers to make new sandwiches I say no but she was adamant about it and i say ok fine. She comes over tells us she cant make them because her manager said she gave me cards remind you i ordered other expensive sandwiches and remind you they made ANOTHER mistake. I said ok well refund me my sandwiches they said they dont offer refunds but yet dont have cards for the samdwiches we like. Makes no sense. Then her manager was RUDE even before the sandwich incident was very unapologetic for their mistakes. I got so little as a I am sorry from her. It was her duty to make it right or at least show kindness. Kara said she couldnt give me her name because they know she did NOT treat me right. David also refused. Why have name tags if you dont provide their names ?? That is horrible customer service. Then I demanded a refund she kicked me out of the store in front of my kids for doing what is right and demanding fresh food or a refund. They stared me down rudely as I left.
DO NOT COME HERE DURING LUNCH HOURS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE. you WILL ignored by the staff and you WILL be waiting longer than if you just waited in line and ordered in person. There will be NO PARKING either. God bless the staff I'm sure they're doing the best they can but it's painfully obvious they are NOT staffed nor prepared when it comes to handling a lunch rush. Save yourself the headache and time, go to McDonald's or burger king. Their food may not be as good but their wait time absolutely blow chick fil a out of the water. I'd rather eat a lesser quantity burger than get fired for thinking I could eat here during lunch.
Nice staff but staff are not the most adept at filling out orders. They constantly either forget to include all items or completely get orders incorrect. I like the food but the staff are not so sharp. Be prepared to have missing items or wrong orders. I cant tell you how many times i have gone back to orders corrected
