I usually go to the doctor once or twice a year. Dr. del Río has always treated me, although in recent years Dr. César has also consulted me. Both excellent professionals. My problem is rosacea especially at this time. Treatment and controlled rosacea. Very good in my opinion.

I had an appointment at an hour, arriving on time and even in advance, to be attended to almost an hour later. Not only that, but I don't think they treated me in the right way. I went for a reason, I explained it and the only thing they did was take a look and prescribe me a cream that I had been using for quite some time and that I had already told them did not cause a reaction or make me better. After spending almost less than 10 minutes and not reaching any solution and continuing as I was until now, they charged me a very high price without helping me or finding a solution for what I have, except prescribing something that I already had. I do not recommend at all.

I really regret going to this clinic, they left a bigger scar on my face than it would have been if I had gone to another dermatologist. They did not recommend any cream or treatment for the scar, they told me: you can cover it with makeup, I was naive and without knowing about the subject I let it go. Later I informed myself and other dermatologists gave you options to improve it when it was recent, now it cannot be improved. The consultation and price of the surgery are more expensive than others. With all sincerity and hoping that the same thing doesn't happen to you as it did to me, I recommend that you look carefully for other dermatologists, especially if it involves the face, there are better ones. If you don't want to here, go to Madrid. Do not get carried away by good comments that are based on the reception service or by those that were only about creams, when it comes to a more important issue they do not do it well. Search more.

The doctor who saw me was extremely thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. His knowledge and experience were evident in every step of the diagnosis and treatment process. Very happy

I write outraged by the lack of ethics - not to mention professionalism - of this clinic. My mother-in-law called to ask if they treated a burning tongue problem. The girl at the reception said she was going to check it out, confirmed that she was and made an appointment to have her looked at. On the day of the appointment, a certain Dr. Carlos attended to her and told her that this was not his responsibility and that he does not understand how they sent her away. To which the patient replied that YES they had informed her that they DID deal with this issue and could evaluate it. And this Dr. Carlos had the audacity to tell her that that conversation was not recorded....And referring her to consult the problem with Psychiatry. Later, when he was about to leave, without any solution, they told him that he would pay the price of €100 for the consultation. Rather, for nothing. How is it possible that they do not have the slightest empathy and do not recognize that it has been a mistake and, therefore, not charge for the consultation? It seems to me that these types of professionals should decline until they disappear, due to lack of professionalism and being unpresentable.
