Good day I came for urine test some days ago but i did not get my results. I only got the prescription . Pleas assist with the results in my email I have the website they gave me to check my results but it’s not logging me in . Thank you

I had no problems walking in during a national holiday to get seen in the Emergency department, no appointment. The receptionist and the doctor were both nice, despite having to work a holiday. I’ve had problems at other clinics for being a foreigner with private insurance, but here they gave me no issues at all. Thanks!

Very easy process to get covid tests pre-departure. Their website was not working to make appointments, so I emailed them and they immediately replied (in Spanish - thank goodness for Google Translate). We confirmed appointments via email and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Antigen tests available in a few hours. Friendly staff and very easy if you make an appointment in advance.

I took a rapid Antigen test for my flight back home. I never got the results, causing me to miss my flight, have to book another night in a hotel, and get an other test the next day! Do not use the services offered here if you can avoid it in any way! The hospital offers (cheaper!) tests as well, without an appointment Edit: the reply by the organisation is a lie. Their result page has been down for at least 2 days now, and I never got the results on my mail either despite 2 calls to their service desk

I'm disappointed! I am a tourist and had to do an Antigen Covid Test. There are very few working test centers in the city. The clinic has zero staff organization. Only one employee speaks English. I waited in line for more than two hours. Disaster!!! People line up and there is no order. Employees are not prepared for such a capacity of visitors. I would never go back there. I'm disappointed!
