Domino's Otay Tijuana

Person answering the phone tried to over charged me. When I asked the reason why she was charging me so much she retracted herself and ended up charging me the correct price. When I requested to get her name she stated she couldn’t do that. I thought it was hilarious because I know for a fact that they can just give you their first name at the end she hang up on me.The driver was unable to provide me with the person name as well in order for me to file a formal complaint.

Horrible service. After an hour of ordering I called and the lady that would not give me her name did not care if my order got delivered or not because they where busy. Took my number again and was supposed to send my now cold pizza and never even got that. Sticking wit Mama Mia pizza. Way better service there.

Long wait time and ended up getting the wrong order. Missing one medium pizza and I requested 3 orders of chicken wings one spicy and 2 plain. Well I ended up with 1 spicy one plain and 1 with sauce but they realize they made a mistake and remove the sauce!! So you know how that was 😡🤬. Very unsatisfied with the customer service

Worst service ever . People here just goof around as if no customers were around . Totally unprofessional.

Very quick service !!! needed a little bit more cheese on our pizzas but overall the family ate it all up so I'm happy !!!
