Domino's pizza Plaza Citadel

Very poor service and response from Mr Sanjay. Taking min 10 mins for taking order even in no rush time. They are taking 30 min to process Margarita Pizza meal.

The deliver never arrived.

The pizza was hot , just the way I like it.

I have waited more than 3 hours for the pizza and it is not what you ordered. The cajeta bites arrived burnt and hard and they didn't want to change them. I tried to talk to the manager several times and he didn't want to talk to me, they put me on hold for over 20 minutes on 2 occasions until I was finally able to talk to the manager and he didn't want to change or refund the order. That branch is terrible. They always take more than 2 hours to deliver and they have very bad phone service if they even answer you.

Do not order through any application or at home, they are registered with Uber and Rappi and they only have 1 delivery person, the pizza never arrives and they mark it as delivered in the application, we wait more than 3 hours, additionally we try to call the branch and they never answer, we will never return to this branch. Terrible, terrible service, if they don't give enough they will unsubscribe from the home service apps.
