Very good customer service, very attentive, I wanted a model that was not available in the store and they asked me for it. I arrive at the store when they told me, very attentive all the time. I will come back for sure.

Careful! They do not return the money. I placed an order, I returned it within the deadline following their instructions and they allege that nothing arrived and I have run out of sneakers and with €87 less.

I made a purchase today. It was the first time and phenomenal. They don't "harass you" like somewhere else and when you need help they help you kindly. In my case I have been assisted by FRAN, who has been very polite and attentive. Thank you

Very cool sports clothing store, lots of variety. The clerks were very attentive, they didn't have my shoe size and they took care of getting it for me. I will be back.

Yesterday, while visiting Vitoria and walking around the shopping center, I entered the Dooers store, looking for a model seen in another Dooers store in my town but where they did not have my number. As soon as I entered, they attended to me quickly and after explaining the model I was looking for and the color, they brought me the same one and other different models of the same color for comparison. Finally, after trying them all on, I ended up buying some Reebok that I didn't see in the other store. Thankful to the employees of Vitoria for the attention received since it gave me the feeling that they wanted to advise me well and not simply sell like in other places. Totally grateful.
