It is not 24 hours a day, nor do they close at 11pm as they say. You arrive at 10:40pm to fill medication and all the lights are off. They tell you that they are not serving you because “they are cutting things.” Change the time then.

Terrible service. We placed an order at home and it arrived incomplete. The report was made to Customer Service and they did not resolve anything. I decided to go to the Arturo B de la Garza branch because that was where the order came from. They told me to wait, that they were going to check it and when another of the employees asked if it would take too long, she began to treat me very badly, saying that she was busy with other things and that she didn't know. I asked to speak to the manager and he denied it. The woman went into the store and left me alone waiting at the counter, then another customer arrived and I told him not to buy anything because they served very poorly. Only then did the Manager immediately come out and apologize, I told him that I wanted my products and that he should fire the person there on the morning shift because he is totally unkind and very despotic. I won't buy from them again. The Guadalajara Pharmacy is a thousand times better

Terrible medical guidance service, the truth is that it happened a long time ago, it was in 2012, I had a severe headache. I remember that I was younger, I was a teenager, and I remember well what the doctor said, they are crazy people, it's because they watch television, but I say it's because they're crazy. To my surprise, it turns out that I had a tumor that was who knows how many years old in my head, about to burst. I arrived at the ISSSTE on time, but unfortunately I lost my vision in both eyes. Please, people, don't trust it, not because it says it's faster here than at the IMSSS. or in the ISSSTE they trust it better to go to their clinic if that doctor had done her job the tragedy could have been avoided

Terrible service from Mrs. Delta, she always tells me that there is no system for depositing or recharging that the bonus card is not worth it, it is too close to my house and on several occasions I prefer to order at home rather than ask them for the favor of serving me. I am a very patient person but I have not believed the exaggeration in the time to attend to a person but if I saw him this week on several occasions it was fatal although one is unemployed it does not help the other they are just a group of people not a team of work 😐
