• They do not give you the Pharmacy's Telephone Number •They don't call you when your missing medication arrives • They limit the validity of your prescription to 3 Days, when it is for 15 days (the validity is established in plain sight) • They tell you one day that they will call you when they receive your missing medications and the next day they tell you the opposite, that they will not call you • Slow and they tell you that it is due to lack of staff or because there are customers in line • I understand the lack of medication, but not the service attitude (lies)

The attitude and friendliness of the customer service staff could be improved. One goes sick to buy. Please more empathy
