Terrible "medical care" my experience left a lot to be desired: we got the prescription filled at this pharmacy (it should be noted that they sent me here from another branch to get the medication), when I asked the ladies about the medical care they sent us directly as clients to ask the doctor if he still wants to see o.o
So we waited to make the referral, they were super insistent and full of fear, their argument was that they couldn't confirm the medical care, that it was his decision if they gave us the Card.
In the end, when the person leaves for consultation, they want to ask this doctor if he will continue to provide care and a very despotic and arrogant attitude to say no.

- 0 organization between pharmacy and doctor for consultation follow-up
- 0 adequate customer treatment (in addition to filling a prescription, one has to wait/ask)
- And what bothered me the most is that it creates fear in the ladies who work there.
The orientation was terrible, I arrived at 5pm on August 6, 21 at the door with a busy sign and since there were so many complaints in the pharmacy from the seven people, at 5:50 an employee went to knock and the doctor said he was locked up resting and without attending and Besides, he said there are no consultations, we should walk half a kilometer to the next pharmacy, as he said.
