Rude staff with little sense of service. Disordered and expired products. Refrigeration doesn't work. Products spoil, especially dairy products. If you require a product from this line, do not buy it there. You may have a bad experience. Today I went to buy milk. I went back to change it because it was spoiled. The person who was in the box named "Saul" or at least that's what he told me because they have visible identification, tells me to change it for another product, I tell him that I will change it for another dairy product that does not need refrigeration, for that the section where they have the milk is working badly, the products feel lukewarm and therefore spoil. And that when I change it I pay the difference. It tells me that I can make the change. And when I get to the cashier to make the change, he tells me no, because the payment was made with a debit card, it was indeed done that way, but my money is in his account, therefore they should return it to him and take it on account of a replacement purchase. He calls his manager, a woman who did not want to give me her name, and Saul himself confirmed that he could not give it to me. And it didn't solve anything, he just told me that he would return me to the same card in 24 hours. Why should I wait for a business to return my money in 24 hours??? The consumer law in this case is clear, the seller must return the total purchase at the moment, for selling a product in poor condition. In addition to having products that are not expired but rather in poor condition, which the manager commented on, she says that it is not her responsibility, but rather that of the supplier that supplies this product. Even when the products are being spoiled by equipment that the Guadalajara pharmacy has in poor condition and its staff is not capable of doing their job by supervising or verifying the status of the products. The lady just raising her shoulders, as if it were something beyond her knowledge and responsibility. I told her to contact her supervisor, who I understand is Mr. Carlos Chávez (who also did not respond, when I wanted to contact him), now I understand why the store works badly, if there is no one to supervise them and be attentive, they leave the store in the hands of staff, which is not their investment, nor do they care about the service, because in the end what happens in the store, they don't care. Anyway. What a bad experience... invited not to consume there again. Not only because of the products, but because of the bad service. Appalling
