Today, Wednesday, February 2, 2022, I go again to try to take children's photographs and this time a young lady attended me but she scolded me that the photographs were taken badly, too close, that they came out very large, she did not even move the adjustment lines, I told her I moved the lines to adjust them and they adjusted correctly, and he did not know what to say to me, he kept telling me that next time I should take them further away, I told him that in the Francisco Sarabia branch they had never told me anything and they were the same photos that he had taken recently. Total continued with his refusal and did not want to move the adjustment lines, he wanted to take them out directly and they came out poorly adjusted, my blood boiled and I better say thank you very much. I went back to the Francisco Sarabia branch and they already had photographic paper, in less than 5 minutes they gave me my three sets of children's photographs and they didn't even tell me anything about the photos and they adjusted them very quickly and they printed correctly. Very bad photography service at the Allende branch. I do not recommend it.
