H-E-B Piedras Negras

This HEB was like a palace; it was as if the owner had invested in it and became a stakeholder. the fragrant scent of herbs and spices filled the air. I rubbed my hands together and gazed upon various delicacies graciously displayed in neat rows. I was utterly impressed by the well-appointed shelves of imported foods, which contained ingredients from all over the Mediterranean. The distributors were kind enough to provide free samples of their goods, which I instantly devoured. The olives were delicious, with a little bite to them, but the real treat was the aged balsamic vinegar, which enhanced my breadsticks right away. If you were lucky enough to grab some of those imported cheeses, you’d see that there was a flavor for everyone. I snacked on grapes from Spain and olives from Greece, but then I grabbed this awesome cheese from Italy that had a long history to it.

Although a bit pricy, groceries are nice, clean, fresh and juicy. Good service from employees. Waiting time for cashiers is fine. Fresh and clean fruit and veggies are a good sign of store taking care of customers.

came here with my family on Sunday, July 3rd. We don't wear masks due to our religious beliefs. They wouldn't let us into the store. My wife had to speak to the general manager and he still turned us away, myself, two women, and a child. We weren't allowed to buy food, they wouldn't honor a religious exemption. We went to Walmart instead, who although they asked us to mask as well, ultimately honored our request for a religious exemption. 1 out of 5 people we're wearing their masks incorrectly, with noses fully exposed. Those infractions weren't being enforced, which defeats the purpose of requiring a mask in the first place. Not impressed. Ironically, the same people not allowing us to buy groceries were the same people celebrating freedom the very next day on the 4th of July. Mexico is going to be a sad place come winter.

I love my HEB, but not in Mexico. The reason they didn't have products like the really do in USA HEB, or maybe try ran out. I've heard they don't it's all Mexico products. I don't mind but I went looking for Hill Country bath tissue there wasn't any I'm allergic to perfume tissue the only one is Hill Country. That doesn't mean I'm not shopping any more at HEB. It's still has good prices.

I understand security has to their job, but in this place the make you feel like their breathing on your neck.... They should do their job without been so close to people...
