Jiffy Lube

My timeline shows 6 visits since buying this truck 2018 deisel truck = more money so oil changes $89-109 over time. Today ...refused to say price other than "I do these for $180.00 minimum" this local repeat customer with 4 vehicles will not be returning. Not sure what happend at this store but CS is gone no attempt to id my returning truck he said he could look my truck up and give actual price but naaa..

We all know how customer service at Jiffy Lube can very from location to location. From the phone call prior to going over, to the experience while there (interacting with multiple techs), hands down the best experience I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube. Also, thank you for having the ability to do tire rotations. 5 stars!

Went to the jiffy lube little over a mile away, east on bell, and they turned me away cause of "credit card troubles" with their system 😂 so I googled this location. Amazing customer service. Great communication. Fully inspected my fleet vehicle and told me and showed me the issues. Besides the 1.5 hour wait it was worth it for the outstanding customer service and thorough job they did. Will definitely return to this location.

Always so quick. Shane is so nice and entertaining and clearly loves his job.
