The place is nice, clean, the service is good. It has 2-hour parking for $15, there are places where you have to leave your car keys. The people who are attending to the parking lot were very friendly.

Terrible service, both by phone and in person, 3 quotes with different prices being the same analysis, very slow and poorly organized even to collect.

My mother had some urgent tests done and the laboratory has not given her the results for more than a week. When she calls, they tell her to a central office where they refuse to give her reports and promise that they will give her the results and she still does not receive them. Chopo only has the reputation of being a quality laboratory. NEVER MORE.

They are despots, I called a while ago to see about some results, the stupid woman who answered the phone barely let me talk, behind the phone they are very brave but they do not recognize the terrible service they give, it is the last time I am going to this laboratory disgusting
