It's really a shame that chef Fernando is not closer to town so all the tourists can experience his craft.. I was disappointed by so many of the "must-go" pintxos places such as La Favorita, La Quinta Monje. But the creativity and the focus on sabor-taste is what does it for me . Plus With Rose tending to service it's a place I was so sad to only have had the pleasure of dining at on my last day in Burgos. It's about 5 min walk away from the Bus station-Arco de Sta Maria but it's well worth your trip. Lunch only. I'd eat here everyday if I came back. Highlight: mollete, croquette with txangurro, pulpo

Great place to taste non - obvious and very delicious food. Tacos, artechoke, tostas, baos, cheeseburger, ensalada de tomatos, desserts - all prepared with great care. And of course very attentive service. It was possible to modify the dishes a little to meet the tastes of the children. If we are back to Burgos, we will definitely come back there, as those were one of the best tapas we have had so far.
