Midas

I went in for a alignment. I was also told my tires would be rotated. I got home and I know for a fact the tires were not rotated because I had them each month. It's disappointing when you're offered and pay for a level of service and you don't receive it. Management that I had spoken with seemed a little unfriendly.

After a minor accident, the crew at Midas moved mountains to make sure my car was fixed. I'm grateful for their clear communication, prompt service and planning. They treated me with the same level of understanding and respect as I imagine they would anyone else... Thank you for getting me back on the road.

From NC, I was in Waterford for a family event when my check engine light came on. On Saturday, Midas was able to get me in on short notice, and 6 1/2 hours later had correctly diagnosed the problem, completed necessary repairs, and had me back on the road headed home. The staff could not have been more accommodating or courteous. I’m very grateful for their professional help.

The best place in town to have your brakes serviced quickly and for a fair price. I recommend all my family and friends here when they need repairs

Very knowledgeable guys! Got into an argument (friendly) with a tech about which fluid can work in my brake system. Turns out only brake fluid works!
