Lisbaldo was friendly, efficient, and had a repair done in a few minutes. This is five star customer service. We appreciated his expertise.He did not want us to leave without understanding all of the repair that was done and made sure that it was working well. All of the staff were friendly and a great help.

Mobility Works/Grimes Iowa determined there was a safety concern regarding my hand controls; Lisbaldo explained the options and went to work. Visited with my boss to pick up the van that MobilityWorks has repaired a few times. It's unfortunate that CareInitiatives has to take their only transportation for their elderly residents 2 hours away to be repaired. MobilityWorks has the knowledge necessary to make sure that the repair are timely, so that this vehicle is not out of service for any longer than necessary.
