My sister got home from a 10 DAY stint & needed oxygen for at home. Talked with Benny & he said to call when home. He came by around 9 pm cuz he was determined to make sure my sister had oxygen for the night. He explained everything to us & was very very knowledgeable. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Benny. HE WENT ABOVE& BEYOND!! Good job hiring this man!!😁

Just called Norco today to inquire about a knee scooter for my post-ankle surgery recuperation. The woman who answered was entirely unhelpful. She made it very clear that not only could I NOT get a knee scooter "any time soon", she rattled off about 4 steps that "YOU need to do before we can even order one". I am unaccustomed to being lectured in strident tones by a service provider. She offered zero support or assistance whatsoever. I've never ordered medical equipment before and just needed a bit of help. After the negative experience with Norco I called McCann's Medical Supply and they took care of everything and were very helpful. They actually seem like they want my business and they will get it.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I was visiting from Michigan and needed a part for my albuterol nebulizer, and they knew exactly what I needed. They let me have it for free! This saved my vacation and I'm grateful. Thank you!!!

If you need oxygen supplies or oxygen itself, find somewhere else to go because you won't get the help you need here. The last 2 weeks in a row I've had deliveries on Monday and had to go back in on Wednesday to get more filled tanks(was told they only deliver once a week). Called 3 days ago to see about getting an emergency supply because I had to take my wife to the hospital for surgery and she's been there ever since(I had scheduled delivery for Monday but only had a tank and a half to get by with for the weekend. Throughout the whole weekend have gone back and forth with one of their reps, and here it is Monday afternoon and still no oxygen. And, when speaking with my wife this morning, she may be getting released from the hospital today, but I don't have any oxygen to go pick her up and bring her home.

No one listens, the driver dumped off med equipment and my house that I don’t want and don’t have room for. They refused to take the exchange. You can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone without a half hour wait. I am not moving this stuff that you dumped on me. Come get it. I wish you would answer the phone and help meet the needs of customers so I didn’t have to complain on line. As a company, your employees do what they want and expect people to follow your bad decisions. It will go to the garbage if you don’t pick it up by tomorrow,
