Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I went in tonight to pick up a pizza and some cheese sticks. My total was $25 and I paid with a $50. The im assuming manager (was in a red shirt when the workers were wearing black) went to give me a 20 and 5 back. I then asked if I could get some 1’s from the 5 so I could leave a tip. At this point he hadn’t handed me any cash. He then gave me only 5 1’s back and I tipped $2. I turned around went to walk out and realized I was never given my $20. I turned around and asked the cashier who just helped me and he said “I gave it to you” which he didn’t. Bet if you watch the camera you’ll see he never handed me cash until handing me the 5 1’s. Scammed 🙄 A pizza and cheese bread for 47, better be good!!

Worst service around refused a refund on a pizza made incorrectly save your money go somewhere else

I I’ve went here multiple times and sometimes they have nice staff and actually made the pizza correct. But as soon as we got the pizzas there was said a different order on one pizza. We asked about it and they said, “ we’ll just add the item on the side.” Meaning we are getting charged 2 extra dollars. It’s not much but we are saving money. We called this location again and they said each topping on the pizzas are an extra 2 dollars. We called the other location on 3rd they said it was $12, we paid $16 again it’s not by much but we are saving money and this place isn’t helping very much. The staffing tonight did not treat us well either. There is more stories but this is already long enough.

I'm a pepperoni thin crust pizza person. Hunter and I decided to try the Five Meat double crust pizza for the first time tonight. It was put together perfectly, with just the right amount of ingredients. I was sceptical, we got it in the oven baked it 35 minutes at 350 let it rest for 5 minutes. It smelled delicious and tasted amazing! Sooooo good! Try a Five Meat double crust pizza soon!

Excellent, tasty menu items. Staff is pleasant and friendly and they get your order finished quickly... Everything appears clean and organized. Decent prices.
