Right from the first phone call (Jenna) to Jake coming out for the initial consult, Paul Davis remediation was top shelf. Walked me through the process. Came early and the two man crew (Chad and Nathan) were neat and very efficient. I asked a few questions and Chad was outstanding easing my concerns. They were done within 3-4 hours. I would highly recommend Paul Davis. Their pricing was reasonable and they fit us in during an extremely busy part of the season (December).

After experiencing significant water damage due to frozen pipes, Paul Davis CO was assigned by my insurance CO to manage the demo phase of the project. They were very responsible, came when they said they would come and did a great job demo'ing the kitchen/bath/hallway areas while also keeping the rest of the house clean. Great work. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Paul Davis mitigation was a mixed bag. On the one hand the initial crew who came out to do the work were extremely ill equipped and did not perform the work in a safe manner. In fact they ended up causing more damage that needed to be mitigated. On the other hand once Dominick saw the issues on site, which he volunteered to come out and personally see, he made it all right. He personally oversaw the corrective work and made sure that the other work necessary was taken care of quickly. He kept us informed and was very professional. I would work with Dominick again.

Hello, Unfortunately, your success depends on other people's tragedies. Having said that...as painful and disheartening my life has been for the last seven and a half months due to the disaster in our condo (through no fault of our own), the restoration team from Paul Davis, led by Chuck Anderson, the Project Manager, was a breath of fresh air. Chuck took a personal interest in our "problem" and he worked diligently to make certain every minor detail was taken care of to our satisfaction. In addition, Chuck kept us informed about any progress and/or delay in the restoration through emails and phone calls. My wife and I are extremely happy with the result of the Paul Davis Restoration Team's efforts. Hopefully we will never have to experience anything like this again...but if we do, we will certainly enlist the help of your company to do the work.
