Pella Windows & Doors of Newport

I cannot say enough great things about Pella Windows and more specifically our point of contact Dave Newell. We had an architectural window that was in need of replacement, its design was dated and tricky to re-create. Dave was careful with his approach thoughtfully paying close attention to the style of the house and our needs too. The end solution was a product that is absolutely beautiful and a feature of our home. It successfully maintained the integrity of the previous window with more function. Dave was also sensitive to pricing needs and management of process. Construction went smoothly and any time I have needed questions resolved or maintenance they have been quick to service. Do not think twice about doing business with Pella!!

Pella of Newport was great. My In-Home consultant Filomena Menezes was great. She was kind, professional, and always returned my calls. The installation team was great as well. They were on time and on plan as promised. I would highly recommend Pella of Newport for all your window needs.

Our 20 year old sliding wood door from pella had trouble opening and closing. After all these years took a chance and give them a ring. Yup they will fix it... AWESOME. They pre order the parts, you pay for the job, they call and set the appointment when ready. The tech was Fantastic. Could not ask for a better repair experience!

I had an issue with a Pella sliding door left side panel Pella dispatched a technician to my home with a new panel and installed it under warranty. While at my house the technician noticed an issue with the right side panel. They ordered another panel and within a couple of weeks they came back sbd replaced that as well. The technicians were very courteous and professional while at my home It was a complete pleasure dealing with Pella and thier crew Thank you so much

75% of my order arrived damaged or incomplete. Items had to be re-ordered and even then problems were not fixed. Countless phone calls to this branch resulted in months-long drawn out solutions that were poorly executed. Absolutely poor communication and even worse service. I will never utilize Pella services and will always recommend another brand. If you are looking for a reliable window company this is not it.
