I have memberships at both LA fitness and PF. I travel a bit and visit family in NWA and LA is not in every city/state so I have both memberships. I’ve visited many PF locations in the past when I previously had PF before and this one is a very clean location, Great place to workout especially later at night, staff was friendly every time I came, and there’s a lot of space in this location. Actually one of the best ones I’ve visited.

Great location, large, clean, tons of options, friendly staff and as a newbie to fitness this year, I don't feel intimidated or out of place here. I love bringing my friends, husband and teenage son to work out with me and always enjoy the black card perks!

The coolest staff that works very hard everyday none stop! From greeting customers at the door to their workouts and out, best gym to focus, take a breather from the outdoors. Great music by the way! Chloe Lexi, Yahaira, Jesse, Jacob, Reagan, Reese, i do not forget names but mixed them up lol you all are awesome! Thanks! Let's keep it going

Had a sudden change in life and had to move 500 miles away. Tried calling the store directly and only got the call center. I need to cancel but there isn't even a gym near me. Read their agreement cause you have to write a letter to your home store. With no guarantee of getting back to you. Also the customer service person was not friendly and pretty uncaring.

The place has been remodeled. I love the new layout. The PF Black Card includes the tanning beds, the massage chairs and the hydromassage beds. It also includes the ability to bring a guest with you anytime. I rarely use the exercise equipment due to injuries, but I do use the massage chairs and hydromassage beds on a regular basis. The new beds and chairs are so much better than the previous ones they had. It is definitely worth the Black Card.
