I really enjoyed Poke Bowl! It was affordable for the city and delicious! I got the double protein bowl with sesame chicken and BBQ pork with various toppings, and it was phenomenal! I would definitely go back!

Stinky fish + Rude staff. I’ve been here before and the poke was good. I came back as I saw they introduced crispy rice sushi I was excited about. They served the salmon and it looked quite unappealing. I smelt it and it was definitely old. I asked the staff and he showed me frozen salmon mashed up which they take out of the freezer each time to put on top of the fried rice sushi. I’m sure this item is not selling a lot and they don’t replace the fish which caused the smell. I asked the guy to provide me a refund but he refused to. He instead gave me a poorly made poke bowl which was smaller in portions than the usual size and to make it worse he splurged a bunch of spicy mayo. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. It seems like someone reviewed the same staff member 3 weeks ago having poor attitude towards paying customers. I just discarded my order and took the loss $17.

For whatever reason, I have a MAJOR fear of raw fish in the middle of Midtown in New York City. It just feels like the last place I should be consuming raw fish. I mentioned this to my new coworkers, and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. "This weird California dude..." they likely thought to themselves. After the 4 block walk, we were met with an EGREGIOUS line. I internally rolled my eyes, as again I'm the new guy so this face will show no visual displeasure until about a month in. To my delight, the line FLEW. They are churnin' and burnin' in here. When we made it to the front, there were 3 options in sizes to choose from: 1) Snack size - $10.45 1 protein 2)Plenty size - $14.45 2 proteins 3)Big dawg size - $16.45 3 proteins I, of course, went with the big dawg size. After jokingly asking them to "BRING OUT THE WHOLE OCEAN," I went with a brown rice base, spicy tuna, regular tuna, and spicy shrimp. I got a plethora of vegetables, which included seaweed salad, pickled onions, cucumbers, kimchi, ginger, corn, and more seaweed salad. I'm a slut for some seaweed salad. They also have a station at the end for crispy toppings of which I decided on crispy garlic and crispy onions. Vet move! The bowl surprised me, as the raw fish tasted quality and was not suspect at all. Trust me I inspected it thoroughly like a young and hungry Sherlock Holmes. The big dawg size was everything I hoped and dreamed. Poke Bowl may have just changed my perception on raw fish in midtown. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

We ate lunch here on a recent trip NYC. The staff was fantastic helping my son with GF options. The food was fantastic for a great price. I'd highly recommend eating here.

Tried this place twice and found it overpriced and not good. You can get a better and cheaper Poke bowl at Sunrise mart around the corner and not have to wait as long. It does not smell very good in there as well and makes me suspicious as to how fresh the fish is.
