I went to visit a home that was advertised for €1,500 (down from €1,650) per month and I said OK that I want the apartment. They asked me for my income and since I am self-employed, I submitted the last two quarters, with income of more than €100,000 in just 6 months and they rejected me saying that they want a tenant with a stable income...? It's a joke? I find it embarrassing to say this to a person who has an international company and with more than just stable income. I'm already more than sure that they rejected me for having a foreign name. I just saw another review suspecting that they are racist too. Well. And there I see the advertisement still announced, months ago now, the apartment is still rent-free, because they reject even people who earn a fortune like that. Waste of time

Great professional but more importantly very friendly. He always answered, he is punctual and decisive. He made the change of ownership in the electricity, water and gas contracts. I facilitate the sending of documentation to the notary and the bank. He helped us by recommending a contractor Nico from Madrid 2000 select Spaces SLU and he helped us with the renovation of the house and finished it on time. All very well. Very bad management on the part of David Bermejo. I was a tenant and I left the house, they did not give me the contract cancellation document and they spent 2 months with the supplies in my name (electricity and gas) because they had not rented the apartment. Now I have problems claiming debt with the owner and I have had to take care of the supply debts that the new tenants have generated, since the owner of the apartment does not want to pay I will never use REMAX services again.

I have worked with Amparo Cuenca several times and her level of commitment, work, availability and help is far above what was expected. Without a doubt I recommend their professionalism for finding tenants and especially for all the logistics of changing tenants and setting up the house.
