I just went to claim my boots that I had bought 2 months ago on Independencia Street because thanks to its terrible warmth they have peeled off and the shop assistant has responded in a very bad manner and laughed when she said it.
Until a week ago, my favorite store.
I wear a 41, a number that has been difficult to find since I can remember.
As always, I ask if there is a number and they tell me, as always, no, you have to ask.
Perfect. Everything normal until then.
I tell the saleswoman to ask me please, and she tells me that if I want the 41, I have to pay it before and if I don't like it then they will give me the money back.
First, until I know, they should have a gender and even more so on the eve of Christmas.
Second, I got the feeling that they didn't pay attention to me or something. Bad signal.
In all the years that I have worked in a store, I have never had to ask for an advance of money for sizes that the store itself should have.
Bad management and a disappointment. I was thinking of grabbing my boots, but not like that.
For quality they get a 5 star, but for customer service a 0. The girls are rude and something that seems super bad to me is that when foreigners entered and left, they made racist comments among themselves... I think they should not be there for attention to the public if they are racist and even more so in a city where there are so many people from outside...
I only saw kindness when I was paying for my resto purchase completely unattended.
