Some time ago I bought some boots that were defective and instead of giving me a refund they gave me a voucher, after a while I bought some boots that were deducted from the voucher giving me another voucher with the difference, yesterday I went shopping and to my surprise I They say that I have to spend the entire voucher on the same purchase or they will not redeem the voucher. They are forcing me to spend the voucher, which has a very high amount when I can't find anything else that I like. I don't see it logical, they force me to take a voucher and now they force me to spend it. I'll think about it before buying there again.

The store is nice and has a great variety, but the attention on the part of the manager is terrible, it is rude and you can see that there is no team, I saw her talking badly to her colleague and when the store was full, she just went to the rest? Well, a shame, only one girl for the entire store, the important thing is that she did not stop being friendly despite the stress she would be experiencing. Of course, I won't go back, especially knowing that this unpleasant woman is here. I don't understand how, with so many complaints about that person, he is still in the position where he is, the store is losing customers.

Last week I was shopping and I found a model of sneakers that I liked. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have the size I wear in the store, but the clerks very kindly gave me the option to buy them online and send them to my house (a very good option that I didn't know this store had). When I received the package at my house this week, I was surprised that each shoe is one size. So with the package and the papers they sent, I went to the store to see if they could solve the problem for me. When I ask, the clerks tell me that this is a problem that the person in charge must solve for me, so they call her to help me. At the counter, the manager listens to my problem and very kindly gives me a quick solution. So I already have my new shoes and I am very happy with the attention received.

November 13 at 6:30 p.m. There were two shop assistants, a blonde with glasses and the other a brunette. The treatment of the dark-haired girl is unacceptable. Turning his back on customers while talking on his mobile phone, addressing people in a nasty and almost aggressive manner. The blonde girl is a charm. Personally, it is the first time that I have bought in this store, and I will not even go back.

Today (August 19, at approx 6:00 p.m.), I went to buy some sandals. I have heard the manager yell in bad manners at some customers demanding that they use the plastic sock (due to the Covid issue it is understandable, but the forms are not). I have assumed that she was in charge because previously she was giving orders to the other employees. I think that the shapes have not been adequate, I have left the store with a very bad feeling and without buying anything. I believe that education and the atmosphere that is created in a store is necessary for customers, and on this occasion, I have not seen it.
