This is the second time I shop at Snipes in the Nevada shopping mall, the first experience was good, two girls treated me well, on the other hand today I went again and I had a not recommended experience, I was served by a boy who had a more bad face and less desire to work than anyone, there were some very cool Puma sneakers for 40 euros with their little red sign (I didn't take photos, serious mistake) I go to the cashier to pay for them and it turns out that the price didn't match, to which the boy was very upset. Politely he tells me that it is not that price and that he was not going to sell them to me, I was going to ask for the claim form but I did not want to continue wasting my time there, I should have done it, I hope they change the staff who are so stubborn that the store is very good and I used to buy a lot.
I would like to share my experience today in the store
My son bought some sneakers yesterday at the store in the Nevada Shopping Center at 6:30 p.m. When he tried them on at home, he found them small.
Today, at 7:00 p.m., he went to exchange them for another number and the seller did not want to tell him that they are used and washed.
At the moment I approached him to exchange them and the solution I obtained in the seller's store was to put in a Claim Form.
Being regular customers, I am very dissatisfied with the treatment and solution that has been given to me, so I am going to present the Complaints Sheet attaching photos of the shoes.
