I'm waiting for my order for more than 1 month. Estimated arrival date was a more than week ago. It's still in the "preparation" status which means it won't arrive any time soon. It's impossible to contact a human agent on the phone, what's app or any other means of communication. I don't recommend ordering anything here if you want your order to arrive any time soon. Horrible service.
