StretchLab

This business is friendly and the stretches are really useful in helping with body pains and aches and certain types of injuries or just if you want to be more flexible. However I would not recommend buying their membership. I first got a membership with them ($568 per month, two 50 minute sessions a week) and they had signed me up for a different one than for the one I asked, which was fine as mistakes happen and they could fix it. Just a few days later, I walk there to get to my appointment and they cancelled my appointment two minutes before it was scheduled to start. They had said they tried to call me to let me know it was cancelled but when I told them I never received any calls or emails they told me they had the wrong phone number on file. I never got that appointment rescheduled or received compensation. Mind you this membership is not cheap and I made time out of my day to schedule this appointment, I would hope I'm at least getting what I payed for. I realized that this business wasn't going to give me what I payed for and that they were not professional so I cancelled my membership immediately. I went into the business just a week after signing up and asked to sign a paper to cancel my membership. The cancellation window is within 30 days, if you cancel within 30 days you are only charged one month. If you cancel after 30 days, you are charged 3 months. The gentleman at the front told me it was no problem and to just sign a paper stating my signature and then why I wanted to leave. He also said management would see the cancellation request and that they would reach out to me as soon as possible. He should have told me that I needed to reach out to management as soon as possible however since they did not reach out to me and I just got charged a second month after signing this paper three weeks ago. They never reached out to me as promised and just took my money. I also called them a few times and even asked for the manager after a few of my appointments and told the workers to notify the manager that I signed that paper. I do not think the workers listened to me and they also did not answer the phone. So if anyone is reading this review, do yourself a favour and buy single sessions unless you want to lose a lot of money and not get what you payed for.

Stretchlab is a awesome new business with a great concept and amazing staff! The staff are very knowledgeable (especially Patrick & April) and friendly. They make you feel comfortable while improving your mobility. I came in for the first time a few months ago with some issues in my ankle and shoulder and have only felt better since. With my regular stretching routine through stretchlab, I have increased my knowledge about the benefits and techniques to stretching that improve my body specifically. Thank you!

I highly recommend checking into this place before you purchase any package or agree to be on a package plan. I got severely sick in October, I attempted to try and call them to cancel. They never answered the phone. When I got better in November I tried to stop by, they were not there during hours that they're typically open. I canceled my credit card and somehow they managed to backbill me for multiple months. They treat themselves like a gym, so if you don't use your packages, you lose them. So the back billing means that I can never use those packages. They just took my money for no services whatsoever. They have now charged me for 6 months of services, 4 sessions a month, I was able to use 6.

While i enjoyed working with the coach who assist with stretching. My issue is with the management. They do not listen and interpret the contract to their benefit. They over charged me and until i posted an honest review on the internet that was not positive would not consider refunding the overcharged amount. Had to decline offer as management would only honor contract as explained to me if i removed negative review. I refused as i was very clear as i disputed the additional fee that i would make sure others were aware of their business practices. I want to prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of.

I tried out Stretchlab this last week and I highly recommend it! I was having intense leg and foot pain before I walked in and was even limping. The staff is amazing, very professional and very knowledgeable. You will be in great hands and they do everything they can to keep everyone safe. Brie was very in tuned with my body and my limitations. But most important she got me out of pain. This place is a Game changer.
