I always get excellent service at this store. The employees are extremely helpful and kind.

Fast efficient service. Love being able to do Amazon returns thru UPS.

We just moved from NJ to Zionsville. This store has been the go to store and wanted to say the response that I got from the store. These employees working in the store behave so good to each one of the customers. Customer satisfaction is very important for them. Wish all stores have these kind of employees for the store to grow. Extremely satisfied and a big salute to their hard work , knowledge on the service , Commitment and customer service.

Fast service, very proficient staff, always courteous

Arrived at store to discuss a lost package. Was told by employee Hayden, to call customer service. Even though the employee was wearing the UPS uniform and UPS name tag, he stated he was not a representative of UPS. He was unable to access any information regarding home deliveries due to security issues.
