The UPS Store

The line was long but Stacey handled everyone like a pro! Pleasant, helpful, calm, and respectful. I goofed on an Amazon return and she was so patient with me. There are others who work here that are as great too. This store has a wonderful team. This UPS store could be a model for others. 1 million thanks!

Store Closes at 3pm on Saturday ...That wouldn't be a problem except the UPS driver now out for delivery with my package doesn't know this. Why? I call the store to ensure my only option is wait till monday and she tells me she doesn't know what to do and cant tell me what to do because, she is new and everyone called in sick. Omg, just do everyone a favor and go out of business. Everytime I give this carrier and this drop location another chance they fail at every turn.

Anytime I go to a UPS store. They are always quick and friendly. They have the best customer service!

Went into this store yesterday to send a package to a client. Was advised that the package would be at the client's doorstep by 3:30pm on a specific day. When I checked with UPS tracking, UPS tracking stated package would be there by 9PM. As the location was a business, it was necessary that the package be delivered before close of business. Call UPS customer service no help to be had there. Called the Franklin store, April, the store manager, made the necessary arrangements to be sure that the package would be at the customer before close of business. Thanks to April for fixing a problem.
