So far, not impressed. I have used UPS stores in the past for mailbox services, so I got one here. Not only am I paying WAY more than I have in the past, but I do not have 24 hour access to my box, which is contrary to what I was told and what is listed on the website. Attempts to address this were met with attitude and an actual lie. I called the corporate office and was told that what I had been told by the store staff was a lie. Thus, I do not recommend this location. If I wasn't locked in a contract with them on the box, I would vacate immediately. Rest assured that when the contract is up, I will HAPPILY go through the hassle of changing addressses just so I don't have to deal with this garbage anymore. Customer service is still a thing, people! DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK.
Went in Saturday to ship some documents to Ottawa, Canada. After waiting 40ish minutes for the one employee handling all the customers, I gave my phone number and said I need to send some documents which I had send to previous and he said there was no record of me sending anything to Canada. I was surprised but gave him the address I wanted to ship them to,
He said the cost would be $131 to have them arrive on Thursday. Shocked, I said the last time I sent documents to the address it cost me $37 and asked if there was other option? He said no and I commented that I would come back Monday. He became exacerbated and said it would be the same price then. Since there was about 20 people in line behind be I said to process the envelope.
This morning (Monday) I went to the store and talked to the Manager, Bridgette, who took my receipt and looked up the transition. She acknowledge that I had indeed sent previous documents to the same address and that I had paid $37. She commented that the employee was new didn’t now realize that he could have sent it out Monday for the $37 price. When I told her that he was the only one dealing with customer while employee was handling all the Amazon returns. She thanked me and said that explained a lot. She asked if I had time so she could call her district manager to see if she could do anything.
When she talked to her she stated that nothing could be done since I had already had paid for!! NOTHING COULD BE DONE!? Maybe an apology and a gift card or coupon for the difference!
I WON’T BE USING UPS FOR SHIPPING EVER AGAIN!! FedEx or the US Postal Service. It’s the managers responsibility to ensure that the employee(s) she assigns to any shift in competent and trained for any circumstance that may arise. She failed to train the employee(s) and yet assigned him on a Saturday during the holiday season; she failed me because of her decision!!

Had to ship a item back that defective. Company sent shipping label and told me I could take it to any ups store and drop it off. This dump charged me $4 to print a label and 1 piece of tape. Now ask urself why is everything so expensive, places like this that have to nickel and dime people to stay in business. I will never ship from this dump again.

Printing costs are higher than any other store. $2 just to get on the computer to print and then 30€ a page
