Visiting Angels

Mike Norfield, director of Visiting Angels, and his staff have made significant efforts to work with my mother ( who can be quite resistant) in such a way that she will accept care. Last week Amber was allowed to help her for 4 hours. (this means my mother liked her, which has not always been the case with previous caregivers.) I have found this agency to be more flexible in their approach than others. I highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels Lynchburg is the best place for home health care! The owners, staff and caregivers are wonderful to work with. Everyone is so kind and Mike goes above and beyond for his employees and clients. I am so thankful to have found this gem! I completely recommend this business.

I have been involved with Visiting Angels for about 2 months now. I am impressed with all the staff I have been in contact with from Mike, the office staff to 3 caretakers. Everyone has been very professional and also very caring and concerned for both my husband and myself. The caregivers who have been helping my husband have been so good with him. Visiting Angel's were responsive and flexible for the four months we needed them. They gave us a chance to spend time with our Mom as family and not just caretakers. Their care gave she and us much needed respite and piece of mind. I will recommend them and use them again when the need arises
