Visiting Angels

Our experience has been nothing short of amazing! My 87 year old dad called me on July 8; was having a personal anxiety attack, physically exhausted breakdown. He had been the sole caregiver for my 83 year old mother to date. Living in Virginia, this was stressful for me, reduced me to tears. I called Visiting Angels and the woman who answered was so kind and assured me that someone would get back to me. Not only did that happen, we scheduled the intake meeting and got signed up for services right away! There have been many "pivots" along the way so far. Nothing that I set up has lasted more than five days--NOT the angels fault--totally the continued aging/breakdown of these elderly people! Each and every time, the agency has been so helpful and prepared to make adjustments; having anticipated our needs before we even knew them! We are working with four different angels right now--various times of the day/night to assist my bedridden mother and help my dad. These women are amazing! We would be at a total loss without them. From suggesting items that make mom's life more comfortable to things that they need to be successful doing their work, we appreciate their expertise and experience. This is all new to me and my siblings. Chrystal Fitzgerald and her team are loving and professional. We are so pleased with the services and care that mom and dad are getting! Thank you a million times over!

I have been a care giver since Feb 14 last year I absolutely enjoy giving back to the community every day . They make sure your love one is treated with the best of care... Hands down. I'm so impressed. I've done in home care work in the past for other companies, there's no comparison to Visiting Angels..
