Walmart

Clean, well organized but super expensive. You can find cheaper things in small business around the city. Plus they charge you for parking.

Walmart is the same all over the world yet different there are products here that you would never see in the United States and one thing that's hard for us gringos to get used to is the eggs are just sitting out on a counter they are not refrigerated. They do a much better job of sanitation in Walmart than they do in the local market. The meat is all packaged and the deli counter was manned by two very nice ladies and we were able to get ham and cheese cut to order. You do pay for parking which seems strange for me but if you show your receipt it's only five pesos which is $0.25. and 10 pesos if you don't show your receipt for the first 2 hours. I think this is to keep the riff Raff out. Bottom line it's a good supermarket

It's nice, clean, well stock and people empty. Only complain is that you oughta pay parking unlike domingo diez' Walmart.
