Walmart

After a big purchase, we wanted to spend the night in our motorhome in the large parking lot. The security guards were very unfriendly. So far we've been able to stay overnight at Walmart in our motorhome all over Mexico😏😏 In addition, there was real chaos in front of the checkout when paying because there weren't enough cash registers open for goods.

My opinion is directed directly at Walmart's PickUp service. Which was the one I had lately had contact with. To begin with, I will start by talking about the pickup parking service, which will always be occupied by people who should not use it and there is no one to check that point. I continue directly with the section as such, upon arriving and making correct use of the app with your online purchase, arriving at the established time, using the “I'm on my way” and “I arrive at the store” functions. These do not work, even if you arrive on time, they will still make you wait until they go to look for your order, find it, and bring it to you approximately, in my case it was about 20 minutes after it arrived. When, as its name says, it should arrive and pick up immediately without wasting time. It is functional but they should make it more accessible. The Walmart store itself is very good. Very good assortment, cleanliness and order. What is fatal is that no matter what time it is and even though the flow of people is very high, they only have two or three tills open. The box for people with disabilities is never working. What makes the difference is that they put the automatic payment boxes.

Incredible attention given by the electronics department, the lady has impeccable attention, and the other guys know about the items. I love it.

The store as such is not bad nor is the service, but I have not tried online orders yet

Some workers have a terrible attitude and don't care about serving customers. Incredible!!!
