Wendy's

I come to this Wendy's over the one closer to me because their service has always been great and I never had an issue. However, tonight was different. All of the food was cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all in the chicken sandwich or the hamburgers. It was clear the fries had been sitting for a while. The drinks weren't even full. That's disappointing since there's an upcharge for the lemonade. I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management will figure out what's happening and fix it.

The food was good, was missing a wrap after I drove off, so I came back through and girl in speaker that I was missing an item, and she said "I'll be with you" and 5 mins went by, so I drove around to window, figuring it would be easier for them there and maybe my wrap was just lying there. I got to window - young kid went to open the window and she stopped him and said 'no she cant wait' - so he stood there staring out at me through the window leaning on the counter. I am sure she was angry that I drove forward, I thought I was helping. I was shocked how she acted, and she then took the order for the vehicle behind me, while I still waited with my soon to be cold order on my seat, filled several drinks and walked around. She was quite literally making me wait because she was mad I drove to the window. I sat in my car for 10 minutes at the window. I thought it was the most petty customer service I have ever received, and I will be going to the other Wendy's on Lincoln from now on. I come here twice a week for pretty large orders. It was a little shocking.

GREAT service! We met the manager and he was very accommodating. Lots of hot fries, fresh food and friendly service. We'll drive out of our way to go to this Wendy's.

I got there at 11:45pm and I saw another car pull out with food but when I tried to go through the drive through the guy said they closed 1 min ago. I said I'd take anything he had and he still wouldn't serve me. Either fix your hours or make sure you have people that will actually meet customer's expectations

The quality of the food definitely diminishes after 9pm. Foods cold and they don’t seem to care about serving you food that’s been sitting out in the air. Stiff buns and undercooked beef.
