Wendy's

The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was outstanding! It was very spicy, so be prepared. It was also ready 30 seconds after I ordered it. I was concerned it had been sitting, but it was fresh and the fries were hot. Good service too. The only down side is that they don't take Pilot Reward points, even though they're literally inside the Pilot.

Just received the driest spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had from one of the Wendy's locations. That is a sandwich that should always be made fresh! If I could consistently get that meal fresh and delicious I would be inclined to go at least two times more than I do now. No workers take pride in their jobs and no businesses take pride in their product anymore!

Really doesn't deserve 1 star. Super filthy throughout! Trash bins all full around noon. Tables all dirty. Understaffed and no cleaning being done anywhere. Floor in back was a grease trap with fries and trash all over. No one cleaning even though hardly any customers. I did not order. Terrified to! Food department needs to come out and straighten them out. So many code violationsl!)

The back area was a complete mess on the floor. Employees doing nothing in the back. The front girl was out vacuuming the carpet in the dining area. But the girl making the food…. Well, she’s sitting on an office chair rolling around on her phone, and making food. Never stood up. She actually made food while sitting on an office chair. I could not see anything wrong with her. I guess just plain laziness. But if I’m wrong i apologize. But i don’t think i am.

Food is always on par for Wendy's and Service is great. It has a atmosphere about like any other fast food burger joint.
