Love Maddie, she’s the most pleasant person to talk to that works there, for a groomer i suggest Paola, Bow or Sergio. The manager recommends raw or grain free food to almost every customer of hers, which is not good for puppies diets for countless reasons - do your research. They charge you to use your credit card here and up charge an extra $8 or more for such small simple items that it’s kind of ridiculous. Cute bakery items though. Also grooming is incredibly pricy lately. Just be ready to go broke here, and don’t take pet diet advice from people unless they’re a licensed veterinarian.

Brought dogs in for nail clip. No appointment. Waited 10 minutes. Staff came outside to get one of our dogs. Very kind. Gentle with each dog.

I switched from the Hamlin location to here. Too many issues there and I needed to change. The staff did a great job checking me in and calling when my dogs were ready for pickup. Paula meet me before she took both dogs. I explained what I needed done. When I came back she meet me again and they looked awesome! They actually do a card on your dogs so they have for next time. So happy I switched and highly recommend this location.

Get your pup bathed and smelling great. High-quality food at an affordable price. They also advertise pet med visits that show up at specific locations.

I've been coming here for about 2 years for my dog grooming needs. I've never had a problem. I recommend to everybody who needs their dog groomed.
