New cashier stole $35 from me when returning a stick. Made two trips to the store and he gave me a new one the first time but it still didn’t work so I took it back but he refused to give me either a new one or my money back. Horrible workers and horrible customer service.

Tonight on my way home from work I stopped at the old Franeys on 54 to get gas. There was an older gentleman probably mid 70s parked with his hood up in front of the store. He walked up to me and asked if I could give him a jump. I told him absolutely let me finish pumping my gas. After i finished helping him get his truck going he told me he asked the worker in the store if he would give him a jump and he said yeh for 20 dollars. This very respectful older man was standing out in this cold and they wanted 20 dollars to jump start him! Today was the last time I will ever buy gas or anything else at that gas station and I hope more people will follow. 30 years ago not a single gas station worker would've ever thought to charge to help a 75 yr old man out.

Place is ran by a total sigma during the month of December. Went in to grab some tasty cinny buns and a soda and was delighted by the glorious selection of the sweetest, most luxury vape products. 10/10 thank you chads and alphas

I pre paid for gas. The gas never actually pumped into my car. The manager acts as though I was trying to scam him. And the owner took my statement but never bothered to call back. Will never use this gas station again, or any of their locations in our town as there are 4.

Franey's is Owensboro staple and I will always do business with them.  I do wish they would fix their gas pumps so that receipts would reliably and consistently print at the pump.

This Shell Station is very handy and located next to the airport. This is a great place to stop for a break and get some snacks when picking people up from their flights. The Cell Phone lot is right next to it too. The attendant was friendly and able to help us locate things in the store.

Thieves! They stole money off my card when there picking up friends flying in. They are racist toward white people and sexist toward women. They wouldn't let me leave with my items that were pending and made me ring them up multiple times charging my card which picked up and said denied after first pending due to my setting! It's a scam! Check your cards!!

Quick place to stop just outside the airport to get gas and a snack/drink. Convenience store had a wide selection and was clean. Gas seemed pricier than expected.

Bathrooms filthy, employees who don't listen.  Horrible place. Sketchy pricing on items that ring up different than what it's labeled on the shelf.  Should deserve 0 stars.

Great location,  decent price for the convenience but restroom has a lot of miles on it.   It's a shame people won't pay for cleanliness.

More times than not there is a problem with the quarter wash, today when I paid and the power washer started, there was a leak up top where the hose connects  and there was this mist shooting out so it was like I washed my truck in the rain, when I was done I was drenched and cold. I will not try to purchase the towels out of their machines anymore because so often they are out of product and the machine keeps your quarters.
I do not get gas here unless I have to I generally go on down by Lowe’s. The gas is cheaper and at least they supply paper towels to check your oil and window cleaner to clean your windows. This gas station does not, and if you say anything, they are very rude.

I always have pretty great service here when it comes to the employees behind the counter very sweet people however there is nothing more that really slows me down like these pumps. Just about once a week these pumps move so slow that it takes 30 minutes just to get 10 gallons of gas. This morning was the same thing.

This is for the car wash only. Have tried the auto car wash twice. It uses almost no water  and doesn't come close to cleaning a car.

Nothing to clean a windshield. No paper towels at the pump either. No funnels for sale. Rude employee.

Supposed to be open 24 hours but the two man inside wouldn't let me and my nephew in to go to the bathroom and get gas. They kept sticking up there fingers and pointing at there watch. If it's open 24 hours than why was it closed.

Do everybody a favor and buy anything here. #1 if I buy gas from you I get to pee. #2 best advertised price has something to do with having 100 points on a Kroger card. #3 next level of gas nearly $0.45 more.

Three pumps accepted credit card information but could not pump gas. Attendent didn't see a need to post signage. Sunday June 8

One of the worst Shell locations around.  Keypads don't work on 2 of the 6 pumps. Messy corner lot. Filthy C-store.

Clean-ish Bathrooms could be cleaner but not horrible. No baby changing station. That's a big issue.

Always fresh. Always clean and guarantee to leave with a smile and a full tank

Men’s restroom was not great. Women’s restroom was adequate. No toilet seat covers but ample toilet paper. No expired products on shelf. No fresh produce options. Super friendly cashiers. No baby changing table in either restroom.

Everything is great besides a woman on night-shift named Mary.. This woman is the rudest person you’ll ever meet an says whatever she pleases to the customer.. I have walked out an left the things I was going to buy twice because of this woman.. Will not be going back..

Craig and Cameron were so helpful and nice even though my 4 year old made a total mess in the bathroom. Well run store great service clean and well stocked. Will stop here again.

Great family owned business. Wonderful people, clean,  easy to find stock. And pretty good coffee!

The hot ham and cheese sub in their little hot sandwich case is awesome. Big hunks of ham and melted cheese on a hoagie roll. Get some mayo and mustard packets. Look for pickles.

This is not deli-sliced ham; it is thick-sliced, hunky, and hot. It is great.

Got stranded as our radiator hose broke and we ended up having to stay the night in the parking lot. To our surprise, when they opened, I asked one of the employees if they knew a mechanic close by and she said, "Kevin there has a shop around the corner." Introduced us and to our great surprise he fixed it right there. He had to run to his shop to grab a part but fixed us up right at the gas station. While we waited, my two teenaged boys found the coffee and fresh baked sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Had some fun banter with the local guys having coffee in the back and we can't recommend this stop more. Love that there are places like this.

Right off interstate has plenty of different food items deli items lots of drinks and a car wash quick in quick out

Cheapest gas for miles.  Easy off & on I-74. Newly remodeled store has ATM & Hunt Brothers Pizza.  Subway & Liquor Store next door.

I'm 47 years old and was attempting to purchase beer. Attendant asked for my ID. I supplied it but then would not sell because my 47 year old wife did not have hers. I will shop somewhere else from now on, when visiting family. Very y unprofessional, especially when girl asking for ID  is younger than my daughter. 👎

Easy to get in. My car runs best on shell as its European. US Fuel standards do not meet European standards. Shell is a Top Tier Fuel that meets or exceeds European standards. My car runs best on this especially since it requires premium.

Nice place, convenient postal annex as well as Reed's Dairy access. They have the best grilled ham and cheese sandwiches as well as Reed's Ice Cream.

I love the post office here. The staff is always helpful an caring. The location is super convenient and the store itself is always very clean.

Clean lot and pumps. The fuel has always been Shell quality with 0 issues being used in my personal vehicles, work equipment and even this stores K1 kerosene for my garage heater burns super clean. Note on this stores K1 kerosene, it doesn't budge my air quality meter when used as heating oil, super clean kerosene!

Prices not posted on products, when asked they claim it's their vendors rules which is bogus.  Bought a few snack cakes, expiration on the boxes had been removed and the cakes WAY beyond expired!  Pretty sure I shouldn't be able to hold a snack cakes by the filling inside!!!

Third time having problems with Kroger rewards card. This last time the total was calculated at register but failed to give discount.  Would not admit fault. BE CAREFUL if using third party rewards at shell.  Will just take business to Kroger from now on.

Filthy and disgusting. No pride of ownership, although no doubt a cash cow for the owner. It's overdue to reinvest in your business and respect your clients who pay you.

One of these days this place will get its stuff together.  That's a lie.  This place will never get it together.   Sell the store to someone that will cares about it.    You obviously do not.

I get 93 octane at this location every time for my turbo cars $$$  Tosay I tried to buy 2 cans of NOS energy drink which was clearly labeled 2 for $4, there was EVEN A PICTURE of the NOS can on the label.  The not so smart individual behind the counter refuses to correct the price when it rang up for $5.35!!!  She/he whatever they were stated it’s because of taxes!!!!  Unfortunately this younger generation has no idea what math is let alone who they are.  When I showed them the NOS label on the cooler that showed the can of NOS AND 2 for $4 they then stated “it must be for some other brand”. Like how DAFT are you!!!!!!!!!   Then they ignored me and helped another customer.   Guess I’ll go to speedway

Inconvenience of the traffic loop.  Pumps are disgusting.  Clean them!

No deisel. Not helpful for me. Silly when in an area where deisel cars are pretty common.

This She'll station is price gouging on gasoline.  Avoid.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice to me yesterday. The restrooms were very clean.

REAL BUSY up in this place but that subway in the store makes your stop that much better.

Got gas and liquor! A double purchase of "go juice"...u can't do that in Texas.

One star due to poor service over a fountain drink cup. What a shame.
