What cannot be understood is the unpleasant treatment received by the administration. My presence must have bothered them: one of them inadvertently attended to me, even having seen me and being free (it is true that it was his departure time but his colleague was answering a call and it is not difficult to ask, what do you need?), and finally the colleague who, from then, they were all hits and a sympathy that was conspicuous by its absence.

I was there one day for an operation, I have to say that the attention of the nurses/atts was very good, the rest was terrible, I paid €1,300 plus €5 for a tiny TV and €20 for the sofa bed for the companion, with a pillow who woke up with a torticollis, the bathroom was tiny, the dinner and breakfast were terrible, they didn't even give you a bottle of water.

I recently had an appointment with a traumatologist. I only have words of gratitude for AMSA. My psychologist Andrea Ruiz de Eguino seems to me to be a spectacular professional. I had gone to therapy before and had never had that connection with my therapist. He understands me, he makes me reflect but he doesn't sell me self-help or mindfulness advice. I think I have a long way to go but I have finally started to take steps, even if they are small, and I sincerely believe it is thanks to her.
As for my psychiatrist Javier Goti, he seems to me to be a professional who is super involved with his patients, he doesn't limit himself to medicating you. He tries to understand you and based on that, he gives you the pharmacological regimen, warning of all the possible side effects.

The administration staff is super friendly and attentive and the facilities are located in a central location in Bilbao and are very good.

If you do not have medical insurance, the price of the consultation is totally reasonable.

The only but I could say is the duration of the consultation, which is 45 minutes and I would say an hour.

I have been going to this gynecological clinic for more than 10 years. They have followed my two pregnancies and although they have constantly changed my professional, I have not had any problems. In February of this year I had a contraceptive subcutaneous implant. I have called to have it removed because I have a lot of bleeding (an adverse reaction that I was not informed of), and they tell me that, since the professional who put it on me is not there, no one who continues to work in this clinic will take it off! This is the professionalism and commitment of this private clinic.

The doctor was very kind and took good care of me. The reception was chaos. Three out of three people without a mask, arguing loudly about administrative processes and computers that did not work, did not know where they had the necessary forms, loudly in the hallways... When going to the consultation for tests, they would have to transfer staff headquarters while performing medical procedures. Too much informality.

Great nurse and gynecologist...but please...change that "welcome" on the door and put "welcome". I am also very sure that a high percentage of those who attend are WOMEN!!..

I have accompanied a family member to a consulate privately, the Doctor in question was a total disappointment, no information, no response, no report, come on, we could have saved time and money. It was decided to send by email information about treatment or guidelines to follow. When leaving, my relative takes out his credit card to pay and the two people at the reception tell us that this Doctor only charges in cash, my relative paid 120 euros in cash, without receiving a receipt or a report. Five weeks later I called to request the information that had not arrived by email, as the Doctor commented, and they told me that what I asked for was a telephone consultation and that, since it was private, that was also paid for and had a cost. . My anger was monumental, I warned them that I was not planning to pay anything more and that everything was a shame.
The Doctor called me that same morning to tell me that, in fact, she had forgotten to send the email that she told us, but it's good that she already told me on the phone, the information she gave me was embarrassing, that I should do what she already told her in the question I was asking, which showed me that I had not even listened to him. It made me so angry that I didn't even want to refute her on the phone, because also the Doctor's tone, when she called me, was tense, it seems that she was bothered that I called to request the information that we had been waiting for five weeks.
The specialty is Neurology, a real shame.

I was looking for a pulmonologist, and when reading the reviews, someone praised the pulmonologist Pastor.
I have been treated by her and I very much agree with that comment.
She is a young, close and professional doctor who cares and explains what your illness consists of. I have felt very well treated.

Mrs. Obregón, if you have to attend to emergencies, you can perfectly wait until the end of the consultations, instead of making ALL clients wait more than an hour for the agreed appointment.

IMQ clients deserve respect for our time. Dr. Obregón is offended when I tell her that Social Security serves you better.

I went to this center a week ago for the family doctor service they have for emergencies. Without a doubt, the best service that the imq has by far. I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Bilbao who was the one who treated me. An excellent professional who helped me in everything she could and more to solve my problem. Me and my partner went to the emergency room and the doctor who treated us was very kind. He helped us and explained everything perfectly, he made us understand the origin of the problem and the possible solution. Very easy process to get covid tests pre-departure. Their website was not working to make appointments, so I emailed them and they immediately replied (in Spanish - thank goodness for Google Translate). We confirmed appointments via email and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Antigen tests available in a few hours. Friendly staff and very easy if you make an appointment in advance.

I took a rapid Antigen test for my flight back home. I never got the results, causing me to miss my flight, have to book another night in a hotel, and get an other test the next day! Do not use the services offered here if you can avoid it in any way! The hospital offers (cheaper!) tests as well, without an appointment

I'm disappointed! I am a tourist and had to do an Antigen Covid Test. There are very few working test centers in the city. The clinic has zero staff organization. Only one employee speaks English. I waited in line for more than two hours. Disaster!!! People line up and there is no order. Employees are not prepared for such a capacity of visitors. I would never go back there. I'm disappointed!
