I wonna give a shout out to Jo very professional and always cares about the customer and always doing what is right for the customer. Thank you Jo if it was not for you and Kimberly McDonald's would loose a lot of customers. Y'all pick up the slack and take care of us customers. Only reason my review was not five stars cos food was nasty. BUT TO KIMBERLY AND JO THANK YALL.

Normally there is decent service at this location, but today was a different story. First of all, they never asked if I wanted to make an order, so I tried the kiosk since it was taking forever. I spent a few minutes trying to make my order on the kiosk just to find out the card reader is out of order, so I printed a receipt to pay at the register. I wait again for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Suddenly two other customers come in and they suddenly jump to take their order. At this point I was fed up, so I left. I'm extremely disappointed in this location! I expect better if we decide to come back in the future!

For a McDonald's inside a gas station, which seems the only fair benchmark to apply, it was quite good. Service was polite, if slow, and there were no issues with the food I ordered (it was if typical quality for the chain). There is little atmosphere and very little in realistic seating, but some seating exists and those tables, along with the rest of the restaurant, were clean.

The cost for a fast-food meal is insane.  I ate at a sit down restaurant which had better, healthier food last night that was less expensive.

Cold, old fries, sweet tea only available in the drive thru, one quarter pounder made incorrectly, and the Big Mac was cold and had little sauce.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Mostly good moat of the time. It's your typical DQ that Americana is known for. Friendly staff, decent food most of the time, fair prices for the most part. This is on a busy street and can be hard to get into and out of at times, but mostly doable. There's more parking in back than most people realize, but not much for pickup trucks with trailers.

The employees were delightful and very attentive throughout the whole visit. Food came out hot. Ice cream was Perfect! This place has definitely made a come back in the entirety.

Food and service were great.  They were very busy but the employees got the orders out quickly, they worked together as a team and got the job done quite well.

The service here was amazing and my family loved everybody. The food was amazing although they burnt my cheese curds. You can definitely tell it has changed over the past year and i definitely want to come again.

When it comes to fast food in Mountain Home this place is the bomb. The food is always good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comforting. The place is clean. The staff don't stand and talk to each other and let the customer stand and be ignored.
This will be my go to place in Mountain Home out of the ones I've visited so far.

O. M. Greek

Great little place to get a taste of Greek food. The food was well prepared and hot. The portion was generous. The lady who greeted me was kind and attentive, and the price was fair. What more can you ask for? Give it a try you will be pleased.

I was super excited to try O.M. Greek.  The Gyro did not disappoint it was really flavorful and the meat was tender.  My disappointment came when I tried the hummus. While the flavor was good, the texture was extremely grainy. Almost like it had not been blended enough. One could even call it chunky hummus.  Overall the flavor was great and I would definitely try them again.

What a refreshing restraunt. The moment you walk in it is a bright and welcoming feel. The food is delicious. Definitely one of the top restraunts in Mt. Home.

Absolutely loved it. Got a variety of things, falafel salad, soup of the day, gyro, fries and it was all phenomenal! The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. All of their ingredients are fresh, and she even made her own salad dressings. As other reviews say, it is a mom & pop shop, and that added to such a wonderful experience.

The food is phenomenal. Hot and fresh. Gyro on my first trip and chicken souvlaki this trip. Baklava because why not. You can tell the food is made fresh. Gyros are full of meat, pitas are soft and fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I could just about eat the tzatziki sauce by itself. The staff is kind and friendly. I just came back from a medical appointment and they brought me a pair of scissors while I was still deciding what to get. I had no idea she had gone to get them. Another gal (the owner maybe) gave me a slice of banana bread which was one of the best banana breads I've ever had. So kind and truly care about their customers. That means a lot to me. Highlight of my trip today.

Wendy's

I expected so much more with our newly remodeled Wendy's. The food was hot & fresh. The crew member who took our order was cordial. The dining area was a disaster. Tables needed wiped down. Floors needed swept and mopped. The soda fountain machine needed wiped down also.  The new seating (which is all hard wood) is uncomfortable as heck.

The bathroom.....urine on the floor. Toilet was just gross. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the place.

It wasn't that busy and somebody could have been doing something.  I didn't see management until I was in my car and pulling away. He was on his phone out back.

The young man taking our order was getting the trash ready to take out.  He came over to take our order and never washed his hands, order was wrong and took about 15 minutes to correct the mistake.  The person getting the food prepared was not wearing gloves.  Very disappointed.

This business is horribly mismanaged. Always out of something. Drive thru is so slow people pull out and go elsewhere. Management doesn't care because it's obvious by past complaints these issues have never been resolved. I rate this business 0 out of 10.

Had a bad first experience. Our order was forgotten. Will give er a few more tries and adjust the stars as we go.

Wendy's in mountainhome treats me like family even though I used to work there and I left they still treat me with respect they all say hi to me and they check and see how well I'm doing love the food and love the atmosphere and the people

Pizza Ranch

We get delivery once a week from our local store and without fail every time there’s something wrong with the order - wrong food, prepared incorrectly, missing sauces, 1 hour+ delivery time, etc.. The only redeeming qualities are the friendliness of the delivery drivers and the temperature of the food at this point. How hard is it to remember the dipping sauce for the chicken, or to make a regular apple dessert pizza that I ordered instead of the one with nuts (yay allergies), or to make the pizza with the correct toppings? So much wasted money and it’s not worth the time to call - an hour delivery time means the kids won’t eat on time if they offer replacement as no refunds or credits are ever offered to make up for the mistakes. If there were more options in town we’d take our business elsewhere.

Dinner at 6pm yesterday. Lettuce for salad was soggy. No white chicken
meat available. Pizzas were barely warm. No ice cream and no root beer.

Stopped for lunch. Apparently a popular place for locals. Not very much selection on the buffet. Fried chicken was good. Pizza was fair at best. A lot of tables with dirty dishes, did not see anyone cleaning so that other people could dine. Pricing was okay but once again the selection was very limited while I was there.

I used to work here as an Assistant manager, do not eat here, the kitchen is dirty, they treat the staff like trash, no help from corporate, they simply do not care.
Pizza Ranch is worst place I've ever worked at.

I wish I could rate this place another 5 additional starts! First time here. I love it! The Staff mostly Abbi and Sharon the GM were AMAZING super nice and went above and beyond. I can't say enough wonderful things

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Customer service here is fantastic.  Even when you mess things up online they fix your mistake.  Food is always amazing and worth using.  This one by far is my favorite one to use for the chain.  Always clean, employees are always friendly.

Ordering through the app makes visits here quick and easy. The manager seems to take pride in putting together a great pizza. 10/10.

This is the perfect place if you want to get the good pizza and fresh one to take Home and cook from your oven

I am a regular customer of the papa murphys in New prague. I have been having some issues with my pizzas bubbling during cooking the past month. Finally decided to call in after a pizzacooking as a complete giant bubble. I was informed that their pizza dough has changed and needs to be proofed and set out for an hour before cooking. While I don't prefer to have to do this as this is usually our spir of the moment takeout option what I was very impressed with wasthe customer service. I spoke with Nikki over the phone who was very kind and helpful. She also personally delivered me my entire order plus some extra treats to my house. I truly appreciate a store who values their customers enough to listen to their issues and go above and beyond in my opi ion to make it right. Will continue to be our go to store for pizza night.

We've been getting pizza a little more often lately than I care to admit, lol! And this is the store we prefer to go to (Savage being the other option) because the service is always great! We get the same two pizzas and they're always ready to go when I get there so I can get in and out and back home, much appreciated!!

The McDonald's in Mountain Home on Hwy 62 near the bypass meets my expectations.  The staff is pleasant and prompt to take my order. The food has been fresh and hot each visit.

Extremely dirty. Drink machines were a mess. No condiments (ketchup) or sauce cups. Restrooms were dirty as well. Staff were taking breaks outside in groups. Play area and seating in front was closed for cleaning

I pointed out how week the dr pepper was as the guy handed me the drink at the drive-thru. He tasted it a said it was fine. It was not. Then he had me pull over to wait because I asked for a fish sandwich without tartar and that takes longer. So I waited, to discover once I got home that only half of the food I had ordered-AND PAID FOR-failed to make it into the bag. Of course they were closed by the time I saw the mistake so I couldn't even call to give them the opportunity to learn from this total failure in service.

McRibs are suppose to be saucy not dry. Barely any sauce on mine. Drive thru worker failed to tell the car in front to pull all the way up. They only went to the next window which caused the entire line to back up. Had to call the store and have them tell the car to pull up so ppl could leave.

The food was good, but the floors were real slippery throughout the dining area. I had walk around really carefully in order to not slip.

DTM GYROS

This was my first time having any gyro.
Very pleasant experience.
The food was fantastic. Employees helpful and kind. Restaurant was clean. The cashier that brought us our food was so pleasant. while we were eating she came to check on us asking If we were enjoying our food, and if there was anything else she could do for us. When I told her it was the The best first experience having the gyro. And that it was so Delicious her face just beamed with happiness and pride.

Delightful locally owned restaurant. The staff are very friendly, the establishment is always very clean when I visit, and the food is so delicious. They even have a kids' menu. I look forward to eating here when I work in town. A++

The small Gyro (I recently was educated in the pronunciation. It’s pronounced like the Euro) restaurant has clean uncluttered dining room with the chef serving, cooking and ringing orders. Happy and welcoming would be my description. The food is first rate and the full dining area would be the testament on a Saturday evening. I’m really glad I stopped in!

Hot Stuff Pizza

First time without being asked type of crust,was given the original and it doesn’t taste that good. Very disappointing that it had an awful texture and taste

Great option over regular delivery pizza. Liked the fresh out of the oven taste but the way theses are packaged for take home is kind of sketchy...they come with a celop

Usually always enjoy a pizza from here, even though they are a bit skimpy on toppings, measuring everything out and skimping on the sauce even when I ask for extra.  My biggest complaint is that they have been at times hard to reach to place an order, and now for some reason are temporarily closed?  What is going on Papa Murphy's?  Get your restaurant open!!

We love Papa Murphy's  we have been there almost every week and nothing bad to say. I think they will be here a long long time!  We moved here from Quincy IL and were thrilled when we got a Papa Murphy's here. Great Pizza, Very good service and very friendly.

People were very nice. We got a stuffed crust pizza. It was all crust. Not enough toppings. All we tasted was crust. Not even enough cheese or sauce..However the other time we ordered we got the thin crust Thai Chicken and it was wonderful.
